How soon do you ship after receipt of payment?
If your address with PayPal is unconfirmed or you use Google Checkout and are requesting shipment to an address other than the one you have on file with these agencies the only acceptable method of payment will be by United States Postal Money Order other Money Order or Personal Check. I ship the day following receipt of a Confirmed PayPal Payment. I will ship the day after I receive a USPS Money order. Other money orders will have up to a 10 day business hold - the same as personal checks. I will ship after a 10 business day hold on personal or business checks. There will be no exceptions to this policy - please do not ask. Normally shipping of your purchase will occur the day following receipt of your payment. If that day falls on a weekend or a holiday shipping times will be adjusted accordingly. My responsibility to you as a buyer is too ship your item to you as quickly as possible. You will be provided tracking numbers for FedEx and UPS to track the progress of your order. If Priority Mail is used I will provide a Confirmation number. NOTE: USPS Priority Mail has a delivery notification feature but USPS does not provide real-time tracking.

Do you offer a shipping discount?
A discount is already applied in the shipping matrix. If excess shipping is collected it will be returned to you in the form of a rebate or check included in your shipment. I DO NOT operate shipping as a profit center. I simply strive to cover actual shipping costs - not make a profit!

Are all the items you sell NEW?
Most are - if the item is not new it will be noted in the auction description. Items which are not new are carefully inspected and where possible any areas of concern are documented with photographs. B&W Enterprises will only offer merchandise that I would personally want to own.

What is the best method of payment to use when I make my purchase?
Paypal or Google Checkout is best followed by a USPS money order - other money order or your personal check. If paying by Paypal or Google Checkout I will ship only to your physical address on file with Paypal or Google. I will ship to an alternate address for you but you must use a form of payment other than Paypal or Google Checkout. If shipping to an address other than your own may I suggest a USPS Money Order as it will facilitate the most rapid shipping.

Do you offer warranty service or repairs?
No - the warranty is with the manufacturer of the product you purchase. Should you need an exchange or warranty repair please follow the directions which came with your purchase re: warranty issues. it is recommended that you follow warranty registration procedures detailed in your owners guide. On previously owned merchandise I warrant that it has been tested and will I not ship any item which is non-functioning - unless so noted in the offering.

Do you offer a warranty for pre-owned items you offer?
No - But I do promise you the item will be honestly and fairly represented to the best of my ability. The only exception to this is if I make a substantive error in my description of the product. I try to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions - but it is impossible to be an expert on everything!

What method of shipping is used to ship my purchase?
Shipping companies are utilized in the preference order shown: 1. FedEx 2. UPS 3. USPS Priority Mail FedEx is my preferred method of shipping. I package your purchase carefully in order to help provide safe transportation for your purchase. Due to an excessive number of shipping problems encountered with USPS Parcel Post - This method of shipment is no longer used. When shipping by FedEx or UPS the first $100 of shipping insurance is free!

Is it really going to cost $??.?? to ship my purchase within the U.S.?
Maybe not. The shipping you see calculated is the maximum you COULD be charged, based on distance. Chances are that you are not living far enough away from my warehouse to be charged the maximum. If your shipping will not cost the maximum, I will refund you the difference. Please feel free to email me with any questions! I try to ship at the lowest price possible in order to keep my products competitive. My goal is to cover shipping costs - not to use shipping as a profit center.

Will you accept my personal or business check as payment for my purchase?
B&W Enterprises will gladly accept your personal or business check as payment for your purchase. The bank must be a domestic bank located within the lower 48 states to qualify. There is a 10 "Business Day Hold" on shipping for any purchase paid for by check.

How does B&W Enterprises calculate shipping?
I use published rates provided by the major shipping companies FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail. I ship your purchase by the most cost effective means possible. I add a very small charge for the shipping materials used - such as the box and foam peanuts. I DO NOT ADD A Handling charge.

What is the default shipping method used by B&W Enterprises?
My preferred method of shipping is by FedEx followed closely by UPS with USPS running a very distant third. My shipping is calculated on the basis of shipping by standard ground to a residential address. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box there may be additional shipping required. This is due to neither FedEx or UPS shipping to a P.O. Box. USPS media mail is for printed material only.

Local Pickup? I live in or near Austin TX - can I save shipping by doing Local Pickup
Yes I highly encourage local pickup! As all of my merchandise is stored in a local climate controlled facility I ask that you contact me and set up an appointment to pick up your purchase. If my schedule permits I am sometimes able to arrange a meeting closer to your location. There is one special requirement for local pickup - payment must be by CASH at the time of pickup - no online payments accepted for local pickup merchandise!

I am buying this as a gift - will you ship to an address other than my own?
If you use PayPal or Google as a payment method I will only ship to your 'confirmed address of record you have on file with either PayPal or Google. If you pay by USPS Money Order I will ship anywhere you desire as long as you have paid for shipping that will cover shipping cost to an alternate address. If you pay by check I will also ship anywhere you designate - again as long as proper shipping rates have been paid AND the holding period for checks has elapsed. (10 business days as from the date of deposit)

How does FIXED SHIPPING work?
Fixed shipping is the cost to have your item delivered by UPS or FedEx Ground within the lower 48 states of the United States only. If your shipping is address is a P.O. Box there will be extra shipping cost incurred as I must then ship by USPS which is more costly. Neither FedEx or UPS will deliver to a P.O. Box. I appreciate your understanding. If you need delivery to a P.O. Box please contact me and I will email you with the correct shipping cost.
